• Personal details: Your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (required for Kundali/astrology sessions).
• Contact details: Email address, phone number, and/or WhatsApp number used to confirm your booking and send session materials.
• Session questions & intentions: Questions or areas of focus you share before or during your session.
• Payment information: UPI transaction reference numbers. We do not store your bank account, card, or full UPI credentials — payments are processed directly through your UPI app.
• Communication records: WhatsApp messages or emails exchanged with Vedika regarding your booking or session.
• Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited — collected automatically for website analytics and security.

03 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

• Confirming and scheduling your session.
• Preparing accurate, personalised readings (birth details for Kundali, questions for Tarot).
• Sending your session prep guide and post-session notes, if applicable.
• Processing and verifying UPI payments.
• Responding to your enquiries before and after the session.
• Improving the website experience (analytics only — no individual profiling).

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

04 Confidentiality of Sessions

Everything shared within a session — your questions, concerns, birth details, and personal circumstances — is held in the strictest confidence. Vedika does not share, discuss, or disclose session content with any third party, ever. This is a foundational promise of the Tarovvani practice.

Client testimonials and reviews displayed on this website are shared only with explicit consent.

05 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processing: UPI platforms (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) process transactions independently. We only retain transaction reference numbers for confirmation.
• Calendar & scheduling tools: If you book via an integrated scheduling tool (e.g. Calendly), that platform's privacy policy applies to scheduling data.
• Legal obligation: If required by Indian law or a valid court order, we may disclose information to the appropriate authorities.
